Run Notes:
Wore my high tech running tights today and I have to say they are pretty wonderful things.  Think swim suit technology meets running needs.  It keeps your knees and legs in proper form and a general feeling of support to the rest of your lower half.  My legs did not feel tired after a long run. Cool and techie!



Muse of the Day:
Ran by the Regional Water guys out picking up garbage from the side of the road and it made me very sad that people don't care enough about the environment they live in.  Do they not care about dirtying up the place where they live?  I don't think most animals do that yet here we are supposedly the most evolved animal on earth and we foul up our living areas.  We should not have to have someone who picks up litter just because people are too careless, or should I say uncaring, about dumping whatever out their car window.


So wrong on so many counts.
